Data Collection

When you contact uCalc Software via the website form, your name, email address, and the contents of your message are collected. Additionally, for security, fraud prevention, and technical troubleshooting purposes, your IP address and browser User Agent are automatically recorded. This data is used to respond to your inquiry, provide customer support, and maintain the security of this website. It is not used for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt in.

When you place an order, information is collected by a 3rd party payment processing service such as Stripe or PayPal, which have their own privacy policies, in order to complete the financial transaction.  uCalc does not have access to submitted credit card details, billing address, or phone number collected for Link.  Name, email, and business name (if submitted), however, are kept privately by uCalc Software in order to know who is licensed to use uCalc Software.  Company logos or testimonials that are submitted to uCalc may be shared publicly when permission is granted by the customer.
