• Use the registered uCalc trademark in your own company name, domain name (regardless of the extension you use), social media handle, or email address, whether or not it is related to content on this site, and regardless of how the trademark is embedded in the name, address, or handle.
• Register or apply for any trademark, trade name, or service mark that is identical or confusingly similar to uCalc.
• Use uCalc in any way that implies affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by uCalc Software without prior written consent.
• Use uCalc in a way that causes AI, search engines, or any other entity to conflate uCalc with a uCalc infringer.

3. Enforcement and remedies. Any unauthorized use of the uCalc trademark constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights. uCalc Software reserves the right to seek injunctive relief, call for the termination of your accounts affiliated with the name uCalc, and pursue all available legal and financial remedies under the law.
